This intuitive eating/non-dieting program, called Am I Hungry?, was developed by Board-certified family physician Michelle May, who was tired of watching her patients – people like you – try diet after diet without success. Overweight from a young age, Dr. May herself suffered the dieting dilemma until she realized that the thin people she knew ate whatever they wanted when they wanted.
Could it be as easy as that? Dr. May decided to listen to her body and trust her hunger signals, and it worked! She lost weight easily and she kept it off without dieting ever again.
Now she's created a program that teaches people like you how to get back in touch with your body so you can reach your natural weight easily while enjoying the foods you love.
